CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Sisters of the Wild have a policy of charging fairly high deposits when places are booked. This is to encourage participants to treasure their place, commit to their booking and reduce cancellations.
While we appreciate that some participants will have genuine and difficult reasons for not being able to attend, it is impossible for us to judge whether any individual cancellation is deserving of a refund. To make things fair we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you have paid in full you will need to find a replacement for your place if you are unable to attend.
If you need to cancel and can find someone to take your spot, your place can be transferred to that person. (You will need to get in touch with us to do this) Please note that it is not the responsibility of Sisters of the Wild to find a replacement if you need to cancel your registration although we will share the information with our waitlist.
If you need to miss the gathering for any reason or if you need to leave the gathering early, no refunds, credits or transfers shall be given.
Any unused deposits / places that accumulate will fund bursary places for women with no or low income to attend the gathering.
