Weaving runs through the mother line of my family. My Grandmother learnt to weave at 9 years old and continued to weave all her life, both professionally and for herself. She taught my mother and then together they taught me. Weaving is a mindful and therapeutic practice as well as playful, you can experiment with different colours, textures and pattern. Stories are shared when we come together and weave. These stories are woven into the textile which creates unique and meaningful work.
This is a class for beginners or for women who just love to weave. All materials will be provided for the class but you will be asked for a small donation if you want to take the board or needle home to continue your craft.
Tea Ceremony with Lera
Tea Ceremonies are about slowing down and connecting - with ourselves, each other and the world around us. Through sharing tea in noble silence we are coming yet again to our centre, our hearts, our being. Each Tea Ceremony is unique, however there is always a sense of inner stillness and peace emerging from it.
Every time we sit in ceremony and experience tea, we immerse in the dance of all our senses and elements. Tea is such a powerful Medicine Plant. She gives everyone exactly what they need, takes them to the place they need to be in. She can bring us up, ground us, inspire, heal and nourish us while at the same time holding space for us to communicate and share

The Despacho is a gift to spirit, or the organising principles of the Universe, and is a ritual of energetic exchange for healing, re-establishing right relationship and protection. It is a beautiful gratitude ceremony.

Soundbath with Louise
Louise is a sound healer working with Sound and gentle Plant Medicines to help reconnect people back to a place of balance in alignment with nature.
Therapeutic sound stimulates the alpha and theta brain wave frequencies associated with meditative, clear and peaceful states of mind, the instruments used also impact our nervous system, slowing the heart, brain and respiratory rates down to induce a state of deep relaxation and peace. When the brain waves and body are synchronised, balance can be restored and stress can be released.
Louise works with The Earth Gong, Tibetan Singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and various percussive and tuned instruments. She holds space for groups to experience the teachings of gentle plant medicines in a safe, healing sound space to bring balance, peace and reconnection with the self and our environment.

Wild Sister Faye
Sisters of the Wild Gatherings are my opportunity to empty my cup of grief and fill it back up with love. I am so grateful for the space to be able to do this, to feel held, and to hear my story in other peoples stories. So my offering is to take care of Mama Jayne who creates this wonderful space for us which I value so much.
I will also bring my singing voice, drum and tambourine to create music. I will add the little finishes touches to make sure the space is warm and welcoming when you arrive, and throughout your stay. My heart will be open to bring joy and a lot of laughter. I probably won't be able to stay out of the kitchen either

Poetry Circle with Cassy
Words have the power to soothe and inspire, to help us heal, to transform or rewrite our stories. A poem can be a friend that holds up a mirror, reflecting the most beautiful, baffling and brave parts of our experience. I will be offering a poetry circle, where we can share our own words, the other poetry that has spoken to our souls, and ways we hold that poetic power in our daily lives.
Red Tent with Laura
My work is a journey into reclaiming and returning to ourselves . Women are hearing the call to rise up and find what has been lost so long ago, to heal and connect to our power, wisdom and wild nature. Assisting Women to unfold through art and teachings to connect to our wombs and cycles, to find this inner knowing which is within us.
The way we give birth, creatively and physically is a culmination of our life so far. Our mindset is created by our experiences, and our rites of passages mirror how we are treated within our cultures and families. Through the transitions of passages, and teachings of the Earth Cycles we can feel how everything is intrinsically connected, that our bodies are nature. We can move beyond our conditionings, flow and understand ourselves more through living in sync with the rhythms of the Earth, Moon and our bodies, to return to the essence of the woman- intuitive, wild, creative, alive and free
The Rite of the Womb with Chloe
Let us gather in sacred sisterhood to feed our femininity, share our wisdom and renew our sexual power. Together we will co-created a safe, nourishing, loving space, where each one of us will experience being witnessed through deep listening and raw, authentic sharing. We will connect beyond words in ceremony to receive The Rite of the Womb.
The Rite of the Womb is a Shamanic ritual which honours the Divine Feminine within all.
It is a deeply nurturing, energetic transmission and comes from the Divine Feminine spirit of the jungle. The Rite of the Womb releases fear and pain that is held in the womb space and calls in the birthing of our new lives and all creative projects.
In receiving the Rite we are shown the sacredness in ourselves and in all of life.
By healing our wombs we heal our mothers, our sisters and our daughters and ultimately bring healing to our beautiful Mother Earth and her sacred waters. Together we will empower through listening and sharing the wisdom from our own wombs and celebrate our Divine Feminine essence by loving, honouring, respecting ourselves and each other.
Intro to Natural Dyes with May
The world of colour is a vast one. Until recently the magic dyers employed to coax colour from nature was carefully guarded. This class explores the crossroads of the art and science that inform the practice of making visible the invisible songlines of colour from within plants.
This class will be an introduction into the fascinating and ever expanding exploration of natural dyes.
Qoya with Megan
Meghan believes that everything we need is within us. Her purpose is to help us to remember who we are before the world told us who we should be.
She is committed to supporting women to feel deeply and move from pressure to pleasure in real, daily ways - most importantly listening to our bodies through movement and through staying connected to our cyclical nature.
Her emerging Qoya practice is a natural extension of her leadership quest as campaigner, connector and warrior for social justice, in particular gender equality and ending violence against women and girls.
Wild Kitchen with Jayne
My intention for this class is to give you the tools to create delicious foods simply. You will learn how to turn your kitchen into an apothecary and transform each meal into medicine. We will use the campfire to cook and discuss the joy of outdoor cooking with ingredients foraged or grown in your own garden. We will be taste testing and you will leave with practical tools to keep your kitchen apothecary organised and functional. This session will be lots of fun, I believe that the nourishment comes from the love infused into the food.
The Nature of Stillness – Yin Yoga Workshop with Sarah
Yin is dark, passive, patient, slow, intuitive and nurturing. Based on the Taosist concepts of yin and yang, yin practice is considered the feminine, moon-side of yoga. In the workshop we will embrace femininity, stillness and the autumn equinox. We will open up the heart, connect with the breath and take the time to hold a compassionate space for ourselves, and practice tolerance of sensations or emotions that arise.
Yin Yoga postures are held for 3 to 20 minutes which helps to release muscle tension in a subtle and gentle way and enables the holder get into the deeper tissues. Stimulating meridians and restoring balance and harmony within the body. It encourages the mind to turn inwards, to be present, still and at one.
